Our Vision

To live authentically, to experience and share what you are uniquely shaped for in this life, you must embody the truth of your nature.

This means feeling and knowing your body.

This means experiencing and expressing the depth and range of your emotion.

This means being able to observe yourself and the meaning you make of your experiences and circumstances and make bold, new choices.

This means altering and upgrading the way you come home to your truth in your body.

How you stand, sit, walk, move, communicate and connect. And no, you are not meant to do this all by yourself.

Pain or discomfort interrupts the life you are living and is a call to reconnect, reorient and reorganize. Pain is purposeful and always carries an invitation to come into alignment with a more authentic expression of who you are.

We know your body is constantly responding to those around you

We know isolation and shame are deadly and disconnect us from our body and those around us

We know to be fully expressed in your body, emotion is the secret to feeling alive

We know humans learn faster when they can model someone

We know we don’t heal alone

We know vulnerability leads to connection and insight

We know we see ourselves through the stories of others

We know how important it is to you to be seen, heard, valued and encouraged

We know support and accountability lead to empowerment

We know you rarely need advice. You need others who will stand for you and hold space for your truth and wisdom to emerge

If your life is off purpose for who you are and why you’re here, it's supposed to hurt.

I’ve gone from being numb to feeling my full range of emotion. The result of all of it is that I’m feeling so much more alive and authentic and am truly living in so many ways that are beyond my wildest dreams.
